Connect MCP to Claude

Use this workflow when you want Claude to call Drishti MCP tools during market research.

Drishti MCP connects Claude to real-time Indian market data, company filings, earnings updates, concall transcripts, corporate announcements, news, corporate events, live prices, sector context, top movers, top traded symbols, and 52-week data.

Instead of uploading documents manually or relying on generic web search, Claude can call Drishti tools when a market question needs fresh context. This makes financial research faster, more current, and easier to verify.

Prerequisites

A Drishti API key from the platform console.
Access to Claude custom connectors.
The Drishti MCP connector URL: https://mcp.drishti.manasija.in.

Step 1: Copy your Drishti API key

Open the Drishti platform console, go to the developer portal, and copy your API key.

Step 2: Add Drishti as a custom connector in Claude

In Claude, open Customize -> Connectors -> Add custom connector.

Click Add after entering the connector details.

Step 3: Connect Claude to Drishti

After adding the connector, click Connect. When Claude asks for credentials, paste your Drishti API key.

Verify the connection

Ask Claude a market-research question that requires current context:

Use Drishti to check the latest announcements, earnings updates, concall context, and news for RELIANCE and TCS. Summarize the most important changes and cite which data source each point came from.

A connected Claude session should be able to pull relevant Drishti context instead of asking you to upload source documents manually.
