List block deals

GET /v1/block-deals

This endpoint is currently in beta. It returns structured block-deal records without upstream headline text, including symbol, company, exchange, trade value in crores, shares, price, and ingestion timestamp.

When to use it

Use this endpoint for large-trade monitors, watchlist activity feeds, and historical block-deal screens. For near-live delivery, see WebSocket block-deal streams.

Authentication and billing

Requires X-API-Key or api_key.
Credit cost: 1 credit / returned item. Bills 1 credit per returned item. Empty pages are not charged.

Request

This endpoint does not require a request body.

Field	Location	Required	Notes
`symbols`	query	No	Optional comma-separated symbols or repeated query parameters. Maximum 20 symbols.
`exchange`	query	No	Optional exchange filter: `NSE`, `BSE`, or `NSE/BSE`.
`from`	query	No	Optional inclusive ISO date or datetime lower bound.
`to`	query	No	Optional inclusive ISO date or datetime upper bound.
`page`	query	No	Page number. Defaults to `1`.
`limit`	query	No	Page size. Defaults to `20`, maximum `50`.
`api_key`	query	No	Optional alternative to the `X-API-Key` header. Prefer the header for server-side applications.

Response

Returns { data, has_next }. Each item contains id, symbol, company, exchange, trade_value_cr, shares, price, and date when available. date is the ingestion time: when Drishti ingested the block-deal record.
